Z-profile is a digitized, comprehensive, and reliable curriculum vitae, tailored specifically for candidates within the tech industry. It contains, among others, an intro video recorded and uploaded by the candidate and skills that are validated by self-assessment, programming challenges and interviews.
Tech-Talk is a well-structured live video interview, conducted between a candidate and a domain expert in karazmi's network. The topics to be discussed on the interview are agreed between the parties prior to the interview. Topics typically include problem solving, communication skills and a wide area of software skills and tools.
Z-links are invite links that are unique for each karazmi user, utilized for inviting candidates to karazmi to create their z-profiles. These z-links can be generic or associated with a specific job posting on the Job Board page.
Z-pool is a secure pool of candidates for recruiters, tailored for tech recruitment. Z-pool also provides precise ranking and filtering of candidates using advanced algorithms.
"Sharing chain" is our an innovative technology, where a job ad can be shared in tiers by several people. When a candidate is hired it is possible to trace all people that contributed to share the job ad and a monetary reward will be split among all involved people in the sharing chain. This ensures a much broader reach of the job ad to potential candidates. This technology is implemented via z-link.
Example:
A hiring manager at a company that is your friend is looking for interesting candidates for a job position. While you might not directly know the ideal person for the job, someone in your extended network might. By sharing a job ad in Linkedin, individuals can either directly apply via your link, or your friends and colleagues might further distribute it. It's possible that after multiple shares, someone finds the job enticing, applies, and gets hired. Whether it's after 2 or 4 shares, everyone involved in this sharing chain splits the reward. If you're the sole sharer, you claim the entire reward.
Buddies are karazmi users who have completed z-profiles, typically with several years of work expereince, and have received karazmi’s approval to conduct Tech-Talks.
Promiz is a karazmi user that can only use the platform to share job postings on karazmi's Job Board page. By doing so, they help companies to reach out to a broader range of candidates. When Promiz' referred candidates get employed, they receive a monetary reward.
We're committed to giving back to society, especially to those less fortunate. Through our social sustainability program, our goal is to inspire and teach programming to children, ensuring a brighter future for them. We've partnered with code.org and coderdojo.org to establish 'dojo', a dedicated learning space. But our support isn't just financial; we organize events and provide mentors from our community for ongoing engagement. We target kids aged 7-17 in underserved areas, supplying them with computers, essential resources, coding mentors, and more. Our hope is that this initiative will ignite a passion for coding in more kids and eventually address the developer shortage in the long run.
MagicMatch is karazmi's Talent Marketplace where candidates skills and performance results are anonymously presented to companies. Candidates' contact details are revealed if they accept companies' connect requests. MagicMatch also provides precise ranking and filtering of candidates using advanced algorithms.
It's okay, we know that everyone has off days or can be interrupted sometimes. If you're not happy with your results in the technical challenges, you can retake the tests for specific skills through your z-profile. Any scores you're not pleased with can be hidden within your z-profile.
For Tech-Talks, you can only retake after a period of 6 months.
Karazmi is completely free of charge for candidates.
Your z-profile may get shared in several ways:
The Tech-Talk process can be divided into the following steps:
You can delete your account anytime. When you do, you'll be removed from all companies' z-pools, and any links to your z-profile will stop working.
Sometimes, karazmi might give you a monetary reward if you get a job through MagicMatch or the Job Board. After starting the job, you can expect this reward within 45 days. Remember, taxes and fees will be taken out of the reward before you get it.
After finishing your z-profile, you can choose to become a Buddy on the karazmi platform. If your z-profile meets certain requirements (mainly based on your performance results, work experience and intro video), we will reach to you for an onboarding session. In this session, you'll learn about the Tech-Talk process and the platform's rules. Once onboarded, your z-profile will be upgraded to a Buddy, letting you connect with others and host Tech-Talks. Karazmi may check in on some of your Tech-Talks to make sure they are up to standard.

Tech-Talks evaluate candidates' problem solving skills and specific technical skills, as well as some soft and behavioral skills. These sessions are well-structured and systematically designed, with questions curated for varied skills and expertise levels, and they're paired with in-depth evaluation scorecards. The problem solving skill is evaluated based on a coding question that candidates need to solve in an online editor with Buddies' support. Our approach is grounded in research and mirrors best practices from globally recognized software companies, ensuring that Karazmi's Tech-Talks maintain a high caliber.
However, while we are confident in our methodology, the precise requirements of a job role might necessitate additional technical interviews on the part of the company. Our goal is for Tech-Talks to pave the way for companies to confidently advance candidates to final rounds, honing in on role-specific skills or cultural alignment.
Upon the completion of the z-profile, candidates are given an opportunity in the final phase to express their interest in taking on the role of a Buddy within the karazmi platform. Once this z-profile is fully completed and if karazmi deems it of a high standard, the candidate will be contacted to arrange an onboarding session. In this specific session, the candidate will be acquainted with the Tech-Talk procedure as well as the platform’s Code of Conduct. Successfully completing the onboarding leads to the candidate’s z-profile being upgraded to Buddy status, thereby empowering them to connect with other candidates and conduct Tech-Talks. Additional interviews may occur before a Buddy is qualified. Karazmi reserves the right also, if necessary, attend one or a number of Tech-Talks that the Buddy conducts to ensure the quality and harmonization of the Tech-Talks.
Tech-Talks are well-structured and systematically designed, with questions curated for varied skills and expertise levels, and they're paired with in-depth evaluation scorecards. This ensures a reliable comparison between candidates' Tech-Talks.
The Services are offered to Companies either by Pay per Hire or Subscription, or a combination of both:
(i) Pay per hire: For each hire of a Candidate not directly invited by karazmi's client, a fixed employment fee will be charged. Candidates that either already exist in karazmi’s Talent Marketplace, MagicMatch, are not considered to be directly invited by the client. Also Candidates that have been invited to apply for a client’s job via referrals not employed at client’s company are not considered to be invited directly by the client. Such referrals could be included in a sharing chain. The employment fee varies depending on the chosen Subscription.
(ii) Subscription: distinct Subscription tiers with different level of service content. A Subscription Period is twelve (12) months. At the end of each Subscription Period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another 12-month period.
Of course not. Under the Pay Per Hire pricing model, should you provide proof that a candidate had prior interaction with your company before being introduced through karazmi, you won't be subjected to the employment fee.
