Candidates are provided with the capability to create z-profiles. These profiles can be utilized to apply for a myriad of job positions or to be paired with suitable Assignments.
Companies can utilize karazmi in the following areas:
Source candidates: Karazmi helps companies with sourcing of Candidates by advertising their job postings on karazmi’s Job Board. This feature permits Candidates possessing z-profiles to easily apply with a mere click. Additionally, every job position advertised comes with an invite link, generated uniquely for each user. This link incorporates our innovative “sharing chain” technology, ensuring a much broader reach of the job ad to potential candidates.
Rank candidates: Companies have the benefit of screening candidates based on their z-profiles. All z-profiles are collected in the z-pool, the advanced candidate pool system. Based on a provided job description or requirement profile, this system automatically shortlists candidates with high accuracy, utilizing an advanced intelligent algorithm.
Present candidates: Consulting and recruiting agencies can generate customized resume documents from z-profiles of their candidates or consultants for presentation to their clients.
Rank jobs or assignments: Companies, especially recruiting and consulting agencies, can accurately rank their active jobs or assignments for any of their candidates or consultants.
This Agreement becomes effective upon the creation of your Account or when you first access the Platform and remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement and cease using the Services by deleting your Account at any given time.
Z-profile Creation: To create a z-profile, Candidates must exclusively obtain an invitation from a current user of the karazmi platform. Upon receiving an invite link, Candidates can create Account and initiate the registration using our step-by-step wizard. Upon registration, Candidates provide certain personal data, which may include, but is not limited to, contact information and specific skills or qualifications. During this phase, Candidates also specify the skills they wish to evaluate.
Subsequent to the completion of the registration, z-profile is created and Candidates will receive an email comprising a set of programming challenges, tailored for their skill-set.
Z-profile Completion: At any given time, Candidates have the option to further enhance their z-profile. This includes completing the programming challenges and receiving the results, having a Tech-Talk with a Buddy and receiving scores in different areas, recording and uploading an introductory video, detailing work experience, listing educational background, specifying preferences, and adding references. If Candidates are unsatisfied with their outcomes in the technical challenges, they have the flexibility to retake the challenges in the desired skills by re-sending the tests via their z-profile. Subsequently, any results that they find unsatisfactory can be concealed within their z-profile.
Tech-Talk: The goal of Tech-Talks is to evaluate Candidates within problem solving, a wide area of technical skills and some soft and behavioral skills, while bringing out the best in Candidates and giving them honest feedback in a friendly atmosphere. Tech-Talks, facilitated through the platform, are initiated either by karazmi administrators or Recruiters targeting specific z-profiles they find fitting. When such a request is initiated, Candidates will be prompted by connection requests from one or more Buddies. After a Candidate opts for a particular Buddy, their contact details are shared. Buddy will then contact the Candidate to pinpoint topics, and schedule the Tech-Talk. The Tech-Talk takes 1.5 hours and will be conducted on an online environment optimized for tech interviews. Throughout the Tech-Talk, Buddies employ a karazmi-designed scoring mechanism to assess, comment on, and offer feedback about the candidate’s performance in assorted domains. The Candidate cannot change its Buddy or appeal the results of the Tech-Talk. If Candidates are unsatisfied with their outcomes in the Tech-Talk, they can retake after a period of 6 months.
Sharing z-profile: Candidates’ z-profiles may be shared in various ways: (i) Candidates (or their consultant managers) can share z-profiles through a private link, which is exclusively accessible to the specified recipient; (ii) Candidates (or their consultant managers) can share z-profiles through a public link, accessible to everyone; (iii) Candidates may share their z-profile when applying for a position on karazmi’s job board.
Account Deletion: Candidates reserve the right to delete their accounts at any moment. Upon doing so, they will be automatically removed from all Clients’ z-pools, and any shared z-profile links associated with their account will be deactivated.
Fee: The Services are completely free of charge for the Candidates.
Buddies, as domain experts within karazmi’s network, assist in facilitating Tech-Talks. While they are not karazmi employees, they receive compensation for each Tech-Talk they conduct. Upon registration, Buddies agree to the terms of this Agreement.
Become a Buddy: Upon the completion of the z-profile, Candidates are given an opportunity in the final phase to express their interest in taking on the role of a Buddy within the Karazmi platform. Once this z-profile is fully completed and if karazmi deems it of a high standard, the Candidate will be contacted to arrange an onboarding session. In this specific session, the Candidate will be acquainted with the Tech-Talk procedure as well as the platform’s Code of Conduct. Successfully completing the onboarding leads to the Candidate’s z-profile being upgraded to Buddy status, thereby empowering them to connect with other Candidates and conduct Tech-Talks. Additional interviews may occur before a Buddy is qualified. Karazmi reserves the right also, if necessary, attend one or a number of Tech-Talks that the Buddy conducts to ensure the quality and harmonization of the Tech-Talks. To let z-profile viewers see the Buddy who conducted the Tech-Talk, Buddy z-profiles will be publicly accessible.
Connect with Candidates: When a Recruiter or a karazmi administrator selects a Candidate for a Tech-Talk, all Buddies on the platform receive a Tech-Talk request. Initially, the Candidate remains anonymous to the Buddies. Multiple Buddies, based on matching skill sets with the Candidate, might send a connect request. The Candidate reviews these requests and chooses their preferred Buddy. Upon acceptance, the Candidate’s contact details are shared with the chosen Buddy, who will then reach out for further coordination.
Arrangements: Upon a successful match between a Candidate and a Buddy, the Buddy must reach out to the Candidate within 2 days to discuss the topics to be included in the Tech-Talk and schedule the session. Ideally the Tech-Talk session must take within 7 days.
Conduct Tech-Talk: Tech-Talks aim to highlight Candidates’ strengths while providing candid feedback in a cordial setting. Buddies rate candidates in different sills using a database of questions and scorecards integrated in the platform. Each Tech-Talk lasts 90 minutes and unfolds in three stages: (i) Buddies introduce themselves and explain the process; (ii) Buddies present a standard problem-solving or system design question to the Candidate; and (iii) Buddies delve into topics previously agreed upon with the Candidate. Buddies are required to post the Tech-Talk outcomes within 1 day of its completion. Following the Tech-Talk session, Buddies are not required to justify their scores to the Candidate.
Confidentiality: Buddies are mandated to maintain strict confidentiality concerning all details related to the Candidate and the karazmi Tech-Talk concept. This entails that Buddies are prohibited from disclosing the Candidate’s z-profile, any other information associated with the Candidate, or details about karazmi’s questions, Tech-Talk, and platform to any third party.
Payment: Upon publishing a Tech-Talk, Buddies can invoice karazmi for the previously agreed-upon amount, which varies based on market demand and Buddys’ locations. Payments are typically processed through intermediary firms, with taxes and relevant fees deducted.
Should a Buddy breach any of the above terms, karazmi has the right to terminate their account, cancel the payments, and they might also be subject to subsequent legal proceedings.
z-profile: As part of the z-profile Completion step (refer to the FOR CANDIDATES section), Companies can evaluate Candidates’ skills and experiences through a screening process. This involves an introductory video from the Candidate, along with customized technical challenges and Tech-Talks. For screening purposes, Recruiters should prompt Candidates to create their z-profile using a unique invitation link. This link can be tied to a specific job listing on the Job Board page or serve as a generic link for screening multiple Candidates.
Technical challenges presented to Candidates come from a third-party platform and the outcomes are presented in their z-profiles. These challenges are an integral part of the Platform. Recruiters can request Tech-Talks for selected Candidates directly through their z-profiles. The goal of Tech-Talks is to evaluate Candidates within problem solving, communication skills and a wide area of tech skills and tools. Tech-Talks are conducted by karazmi’s network of domain experts, Buddies. Buddies are meticulously chosen from existing z-profiles and have undergone karazmi’s interview and onboarding procedures to attain the Buddy status.
Also via z-profiles, companies can generate customized resume documents from z-profiles of their candidates or consultants for presentation to their clients.
z-pool: Candidates who create their z-profiles appear in Recruiters’ z-pools. This feature allows Recruiters to effortlessly filter Candidates by specific job roles or technical skills. Moreover, the z-pool can auto-shortlist Candidates with high precision based on a job description or a specific set of requirements. Through z-pool, Recruiters have the flexibility to adjust the privacy settings of their Candidates, making them accessible to other Recruiters within the Company, in line with Company policies.
z-board: Companies can post their active job openings or assignments on a private board. This feature allows them to rank jobs or assignments based on their suitability for individual candidates. This functionality is particularly beneficial for consulting and recruiting agencies, enabling them to quickly identify and match the best assignments for their candidates or consultants. Companies may also choose to publish specific jobs or assignments on karazmi’s Job Board, making them public to Candidates. Only z-profiles can be used to apply for these postings. Existing Candidates with z-profiles can apply with a single click, while others must first create a z-profile via the associated invite link. For enhanced job ad visibility, karazmi users can share these postings using our “sharing chain” technology. Users will receive a referral reward if a Candidate they referred is hired. More details are provided in the Referral section.
Fee and Payment Terms: The Services are offered to Companies by Subscription. All Services are provided to the Client through distinct Subscription tiers with different level of service content. A Subscription Period is twelve (12) months. At the end of each Subscription Period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another 12-month period.
Your subscription will, however, not be renewed if you terminate it no later than 90 days before the end of your current Subscription Period. You may terminate your subscription by contacting karazmi via support@karazmi.com.
Mandatory Notification: For each hired candidate not directly invited by Client, the Client is obliged to provide the commencement date of the Candidate’s employment, no later than seven (7) days after the Candidate’s employment commencement date. Karazmi reserves the right to send reminder emails to the Recruiters, inquiring about the status of the Candidate, whether still in the recruitment process or declined by the Recruiter.
Buddy z-profiles: Buddys’ z-profiles are public and can be viewed by any user. If a Buddy’s z-profile is viewed by a Recruiter and hired within 6 months, karazmi is entitled compensation by the Client in accordance with Fee terms.
Data Privacy: The details of the Candidate and their z-profile are exclusively for recruitment purposes. The Client is prohibited from disclosing any information about the Candidate or their z-profile to individuals or organizations outside their organization.
Replacement Guarantee: Should employment end within 90 days from its commencement, the Client has the option to select another Candidate from the available z-profiles at no cost or receive a refund on the employment fee.
The replacement guarantee will not apply in the following scenarios: (i) The Candidate resigns because the job tasks substantially deviate from the provided job description, or (ii) The termination arises from an internal reorganization within the Client’s company.
Should Client breach any of the above terms, karazmi has the right to terminate their contract and subject them to subsequent legal proceedings.
Clients can capitalize on karazmi’s referral program expanding the reach of their job postings. Existing users can refer potential Candidates by inviting others to create z-profiles using their unique z-links. These z-links can be generic or associated with a specific job posting on the Job Board page. If a referred Candidate with a z-profile is hired, the referring user is entitled to a referral reward.
Referral Reward: Only Promiz and Candidate users are eligible for the referral reward. Reward amounts vary based on users’ locations and market demand.
Sharing Chain: This is our an innovative technology, where a job ad can be shared in tiers by several people. When a Candidate is hired it is possible to trace all people that contributed to share the job ad and a monetary reward will be split among all involved people in the sharing chain. This ensures a much broader reach of the job ad to potential candidates.
Payment: Payment will be made within 30 days from the Candidate’s employment commencement date. Payments are typically processed through intermediary firms, with taxes and relevant fees deducted.
